Villa Rinata is a Mediterranean style villa designed to provide versatility as well as functionality to your special event. The four main areas of the villa include the foyer with our grand staircase, the rustic wine room, the main ballroom, and the quaint outdoor garden courtyard. This single event venue insures a private and intimate setting for every function.

The Main Ballroom
Located on the second floor, the Main Ballroom is the biggest room of the villa. Rich hardwood floors, cantera stone columns and trim, and Tuscan design bring warmth to this space. The Main Ballroom is surrounded by the balcony terrace which provides natural light and brings a feel of the outdoors into the space. A perfect area to host the main festivities of your event, the ballroom provides the ideal space for your reception, buffet, and seated dinner. The hardwood floors make a wonderful surface for dancing. The space also includes a private Bridal Dressing Suite where the bride-to-be can retreat. The Villa Rinata Ballroom can host up to 220 guests for a buffet dinner and 250 guests for a seated dinner.

The Foyer w/ Grand Staircase
Guests of the Villa Rinata enter through the beautiful wrought iron double doors into the lofted foyer. A perfect greeting place, the foyer encompasses limestone tile floors, our rustic chandelier, and the gorgeous wooden grand staircase leading up to the main ballroom. Guests may mingle in the foyer while waiting for festivities, sign in at the register table, or drop off gifts for the guests of honor. The grand staircase, trimmed out of rich, warm hardwood, is a perfect backdrop for your photo opportunities.

The Wine Room
The most intimate room of the villa, the Wine Room represents all that is old world Italian architecture. Antiqued walls, wrought iron trimmed windows and wine cellar doors, and rich hardwood floors instantly transport you back in time. Step out for some fresh air into the garden patio complete with our lion head fountain. The Wine Room can host an indoor ceremony for 180 guests, a cocktail reception for up to 110 guests, or a seated dinner for up to 80 guests.

The Courtyard Garden
Surround by stucco walls and enclosed by hand crafted wrought iron gates, the Garden offers a private outdoor area for your event. Beautiful landscaping coupled with our waterfall fountain provides a paradise setting for your outdoor ceremony or reception. The Garden can host up to 200 guests for your outdoor ceremony or reception.
